pumpkin fun

So, two Saturdays ago we did actually go to the zoo; it was rainy, but we still had a great time! A lot of the animals were inside next to their glass viewing areas, and there weren't many people there. We took our time enjoying elephants, jaguars, tigers, otters, and more! The kids got to play in Zoomazium, which is an indoor zoo-experience playground for kids. SO FUN! If you're ever at Woodland Park Zoo, you must go!
The kids actually enjoyed the carousel rides most; to this day Adam will remember it in his prayers. We took several pictures, but we only had Steve's phone and it just couldn't handle the distance, lights, and twirling...
We did, however, get decent pictures of what we did last Friday... pumpkin carving!
Our friend came over and this is what we all came up with. (Adam and Nicole "helped" with the scooping out, then they went to bed.)
