Last Tuesday was Read Across America Day, which honors Dr. Seuss' birthday. To celebrate, we made this pizza that (sort of) looks like the cat in the hat's hat...


Yeah... the one in the magazine I saw looked a lot better, but this was fun and tasty, so I'm glad we did it. We then read several Dr. Seuss books before naptime. (*ahem* *Amazon* *ahem*)
