So, we've had the lovely stomach flu that's running rampant around here this week... but there were still some good times had:

Adam got to attend his first birthday party for a friend, and it was held at this really fun place filled with inflatable jumping stuff. He was a bit scared at first, but after I showed him what to do, he had a blast!

(yeah, group pictures aren't the best) :)

Nicole is giggly and cute, and is making her first crawling attempts. She can do one or two coordinated tummy crawls and then she either rolls over or starts going in circles. She loves playing with Adam and already loves crazy play time with Daddy. The other day he came home and spent a few minutes playing all crazy with Adam, and then he started putting his phone away and she cried until he took her and swung her around some, too.

Adam also figured out a new way to "help" more often... he loves to do laundry, but he knows I only wash when the basket is full. His solution? When we weren't looking, he pulled down a bunch of shirts and put them in the laundry basket, then started pulling it toward the laundry room saying "dry? dry?" We realized what he did because he put dark shirts in the white basket... so who knows how many times he's done this before? That's one smart little toddler we have around here... :D

Love it! That's one smart boy...

side note: I'd be upset if Steve had played with only Adam and not me either... =)
