Little Gentleman

Yesterday, I put a jacket on Adam because it was cold in our house. Then we fixed lunch. After each bite, he'd carefully wipe his mouth with his jacket. I was impressed, but decided to transfer that inclination to a non-clothes item. So, at dinner, we gave him a dish towel. And again, he wiped his mouth after each bite! (Which was helpful because we were eating spaghetti, and he'd already had a bath!) This morning, he did it again while eating. Now we do try to practice manners at the table, but we usually don't do the whole napkin thing with meals. So I don't know where he picked it up-- it's just another cute and amazing thing he was born with.
Also, we found something really funny last night online... it has to do with cereal and the election. Follow the link!
On the costume front, Adam's is completely finished (and fits, after a very scary hour where it didn't but luckily there was enough material to expand it). I still haven't started mine yet, and I was supposed to do it this week. I'll work on it tomorrow since Steve will be home. And Steve is re-wearing one, so all I have to do is make him a new crown. And it's only the first week of October, so we're in good shape for stress-free costuming this year!
And did you look at my ticker??? 26 days! I hope it's less! :)
