what goes on behind that door

I don't know why I didn't post this already, but a couple of weeks ago I put Adam in his room for a time-out, and when I came to let him out, he was fast asleep in his (formerly clean) room like this:


So today, Steve put Adam down for a nap, and he didn't really want to go. We heard some bumping around and then all was quiet. When Steve went to check on him, he found this:


Don't ask me why the mattress has to go up. It must be a toddler thing.
