Here are some pictures from our stairwell... the trees are gorgeous-- they make it so much more Christmas-y-- but the snow was already a good 8 inches, with at least 4 more on the way. This is on top of about 3 inches of snow-turned-ice from last week. So it's ridiculously slick. I think it's funny: we've lived in Utah for so long, I don't mind the snow a bit; I just keep thinking, why don't they get out and clean the darn roads so we can get on with life?! I forget that out here, they're not equipped for that. After Friday's storm, all snow chains everywhere were gone. (We know because Steve got stuck in the city for a while. It was a huge blessing he got home with as little trouble as he did.) We were lucky our cousins came down and let us borrow some today. Last night we saw people snowmobiling on the roads. If it's this bad next year, that might not be a bad investment...
So that's our crazy life right now. We're apparently in for the white Christmas of a lifetime!
And here is the haircut pic I promised. Shorter, yes, but cute, no? Especially when it's all fluffy, which it's not today.

And one more bonus picture: Adam came and laid down next to Nicole when she was supposed to be having tummy time... it was too cute.
