*sigh*

Yes, so any of you who know my current obsession know very well what I was doing on Saturday...

Breaking Dawn came out at midnight on Friday. My amazing husband, Steve, braved the gaggles of girls at the bookstore and got it for me. I read it nonstop and was finished by 7 am. I then of course had to re-read it more slowly to catch all the tiny details. I sigh because it was the perfect end to a perfect series, and while I desperately wish there could be more books, everything was so perfectly... finished. *sigh*

Anyway, life does eventually have to return to normal. I'm trying to find a doctor out here, considering we were supposed to have another ultrasound two weeks ago... but seriously, a lot of offices (including the ONLY 4 midwives who deliver at The Hospital we love) are booked, and one of the ones that wasn't, had to look over my records and see if they'll take me. I swear I had an easier time applying for colleges!
Oh well. After our last experience, I firmly believe that by the time you actually get to deliver the baby, you could care less who's there helping you (except for husbands, of course).

And there you go. The later I blog, the more scattered my thoughts are... we're still on the Great Couch Hunt... and I think Adam is coming down with a cold. It took, what, three Sundays at nursery to catch something??! This doesn't bode well for the winter...

And that sums it up for us... we like how calm things have been after all the moving and traveling and general craziness. We're excited to have the next 3 months to enjoy said calm before it all starts over again! :)
