May 6th, Our Anniversary

You all know the story. You're at a dance. You see someone from across the room. Your eyes meet. You smile. And suddenly you're dancing together, and it feels like time is standing still. You will never forget that moment.

You date. You fall in love. And after a year and a half, you get married.

Love is such a beautiful thing.

We celebrated our fourth year of marriage this month. It made me reflect on all the things we've done together. So, to commemorate, I wanted to share some of those highlights.

May 6th, 2004
We were married in the Manti temple.

We both graduated from BYU.

Between those graduations, we had a baby boy.

And are now pregnant with another baby.

Steve got a job at Amazon.

And next month, we're moving to Seattle.

It's amazing how many twists and turns our lives hold for us. I'm grateful I found my very best friend to journey with. May all of your marriages be as happy as ours.
