So last week we decided to go bowling. Which I'm sure, now, is on the list of Stuff Not to Do While Pregnant. I threw out my lower back so badly that I could hardly move around. Everything was painful, and as for picking up Adam, well, I was lucky Steve had some time to stay home and take care of us.
I called my sister-in-law about her chiropractor, but he is up in Bountiful. So I called my midwife and she recommended someone here in Orem. I had my first appointment Monday, and it helped some, and then my second one today, and I feel almost like myself again! If I had known he could help me this much in so short a time, I would not have waited!
Anyway, Steve's in his last final right now, and we're getting excited about the graduation festivities. We'll post pictures when we take them!
