Spoon-feeding

Lately, our little son has been insisting on his own spoon at mealtimes. The past few days, he's been dipping it in the bowl, and then sometimes putting it in his mouth... and actually, he's doing pretty well. It's amazing how he answers most of my parenting questions for me. I wondered a while ago when I should teach him how to feed himself with utensils, and he just lets me know. Children are so truly amazing.
