We started Adam on rice cereal today, with my mom behind the camera. It was really fun to feed our Little Bug, and he seemed to enjoy himself, but at the same time, I could not believe it was time for big-people food!!! Where on earth does babyhood go?!

I had a similar moment yesterday thinking about how short a time babies do stay babies. They learn how to walk, talk, and act like grown-ups so quickly. I never realized before how fast it goes. I guess that's why we buy video cameras, take 1,000 digital photos a day, and write all the cute things they do in journals and blogs and scrapbook pages!
